We call him Jesus Christ. Jesus' given name indicates His humanity, his vulnerability in this world, reminding us that God sees us and understands what evils and temptations this world hurls our way. He is also called Christ. The One who was chosen from before the creation of the world, to free us from the grip of sin and its consequences. His mission now fulfilled, has paved the way for you and I to be called Sons and daughters of the most High, and agents of His good works in the world.
